Arielle is passionate about ethical business and women entrepreneurship in rural areas of Africa. With her strong business background and her passion to improve ling standard in these countries, especially women. She prioritise fairtrade practices

Arielle has volunteered in the past in different poor areas around the world which includes Brasil, Burkina Faso and Cameroon. She is a mother of 3 and enjoys travelling, running and getting together with friends and family

Fatou is a native senegalese. She loves travelling around Senegal and meeting weavers across different villages. She is particularly proud of creating opportunities for women in the rural villages. She strongly believes in women dedication towards their family and communities and she is proud to invest her time on the little projects that she conducts with the women. She says " our women are brave and hardworking. Even with the lack of electricity and transport, they love the art of weaving."

Joyce is a Kenya native. She coordinate the sisal basket production in Kenya. Joyce travels around the villages to offer opportunities to women to sell their baskets. She has been working with The Bam's Art Shop for the past 3 years. Thanks to our partnership, women no longer need to spend all day in the market, they can weave in the comfort of their home, while attending to chores and looking after their kids.
