While Bolga baskets are resilient, excessive moisture can adversely affected them. Always aim to keep your basket dry. These baskets can go in the bathroom, but just ensure that it is not by the bath or the shower as they can get damp due to its natural materials.
To maintain the cleanliness of your Bolga basket, gently dust it regularly with a soft brush or cloth. This will help remove any accumulated dirt on the surface. If your basket needs a more thorough cleaning, you can rinse it with cold water in area affected.
Try to keep it away from direct sunlight as this may deteriorate the basket colours over the time though this may give a rustic look to your basket.
